Helping someone connect with their inner strengths and discover their sense of self through a compassionate, non-judgemental and curious lens has been the foundation of my with individuals. I understand it can be very difficult to reach out for support when faced with challenges or when you feel “stuck” in certain situations. I aim to create a space that feels safe and supportive so that individuals are able to share their challenges, explore thoughts and emotions that may be causing distress, draw upon inner strengths, as well as encourage personal empowerment and growth. Through mindfulness, strength-based and individual centred approaches, I will work with you in setting achievable goals by taking time to listen and learn about you, explore your hopes, and develop healthy and effective coping skills.

I have been supporting individuals with mental health and addictions related concerns for 20 years in both in-patient and out-patient settings. I am a small business owner, a wife of 9 years, and a mother to two beautiful little boys. When not working, I enjoy spending time in nature, DIY projects, yoga and curling up with a good book.
